Coastal Monitoring Program
The Cooperative Coastal Monitoring Program (CCMP) is a joint effort between the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and the Long Beach Island Health Department. Seasonal water quality monitoring is performed routinely on Mondays and throughout the week as necessary at public bathing areas.

Long Beach Township Gator Program
For those experiencing difficulty accessing the beach, LBT GATOR PROGRAM is now operating during the beach hours of 10am-5pm. The Gators can be contacted through the LBT Transportation Office at (609) 342-2111.
LBI Beach Patrols
Beach Wheels are chairs that enable people, who are disabled, injured, or have a hard time walking, to enjoy the beach.
