Community assessment survey

Ocean County, we need your help! Together with Ocean County Health Department, Long Beach Island Health Department, Prosecutor’s Office and other community partners, the Dart Prevention Coalition has launched a community assessment survey for Ocean County residents.  All responses are confidential and anonymous.  The survey includes questions specific to parents/guardians as well as questions pertaining to alcohol, tobacco and marijuana and prescription drugs.  The survey is for individuals 18+ and results will be used to help us understand the current landscape around substance use in Ocean County.
