NJ WELL
NJWELL is a wellness program offered to active employees of the public sector who participate in the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) or School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) and their covered spouses/partners.
SHBP and SEHBP members can participate in NJWELL and earn up to 725 points by completing the Biometric Screening, Health Assessment, and some additional health screenings and/or activities before October 31, 2017. You and your spouse/partner can each earn a $250 Visa® Prepaid Card and/or retail gift card!
